Hera Fine Jewelry (Hera) is an early stage, direct to consumer engagement ring company focused on the values of education, sustainability and inclusivity. We help clients shop their values when looking for a lab grown diamond engagement ring and provide concierge-style service and high quality craftsmanship at an accessible price point.
Hera is a thought leader in the lab diamond space. We intend to continue to shape market growth as lab diamonds rapidly take on a larger and larger market share.
Because of our USP and market position, Hera is growing very quickly. We founded in 2021, reached $1M+ in annual revenue in 2023, and so far in 2024 we’re seeing 100% growth.
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Paid Social Marketer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful paid social campaigns, particularly in the B2C ecommerce sector. This role requires a deep understanding of social advertising platforms, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving brand growth and engagement.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Create comprehensive paid social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns to reach and resonate with these segments.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop visually compelling and engaging ad creatives.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and campaign results.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement based on data analysis.
Manage and allocate budgets for paid social campaigns effectively.
Requirements for success:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid social marketing, preferably within B2C e-commerce.
Proficient in using social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives and campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Compensation:
Hourly rate is $50/hr. We are looking for a true long-term partner in this role and someone that wants to grow with us as we scale up performance marketing.
